I was only able to procure one handicap room, but we have 40 rooms set aside. The normal rate would be $270 per night. Our rate is $185 a night. They are giving us the use of the banquet room for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at no charge. We would be asked to procure the beer and wine through them as there is a bar and restaurant on the premises. This is the only motel in Livingston with a banquet room large enough to meet our needs. It is currently being remodeled but that is expected to be done by June. I am working on the banquet details but don’t have that nailed down yet. I’m sure there will be some questions, and I will do my best to get them answered. the busiest airport in Montana, being the main airport for people wanting to go to Yellowstone Park. With that being said make sure you book a rental car and flights well in advance. In July of last year, one million people went through Yellowstone Park, should be somewhat less by the time we have our reunion, and the elk should still be bugling.
